Conditions

Once we receive your order, within less than 24 h we will contact you to confirm that we have all the items in stock
and ask for payment.

PAYMENT:

• Bank transfer in advance.
• Credit card.
• Counter-refund.

Once payment is confirmed we proceed to shipping. DHL will deliver your order within 48 hours.

SHIPPING WITHIN SPAIN (ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA NOT INCLUDED):

• Orders under 300 € will be charged € 9 in shipping expenses.
• Orders over 300 € free shipping.
• If your order includes articles made of glass or basket, the minimum order for free delivery charges will be 500 €.
• Other destinations on request.

RETURNS AND DAMAGED GOODS:

• Merchandise returns accepted within 7 days after receiving the request.
• Transportation agency insurance is responsible for any damage whenever notified within 24 h after delivery of the goods.

If you notice any damage in the package, please report it on the delivery note.
